Warehouse Associate - Franklin

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing facility in Franklin. In this role, you will handle material movement, inventory tracking, and order preparation while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standards.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Willingness to work flexible hours, mandatory overtime, or weekend shifts as production schedules require.

Pay Rates

• 16.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Have experience working in a warehouse
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand/walk for 8–10 hour shifts, and bend, lift, or twist routinely.
• Basic literacy and math skills; attention to detail regarding expiration dates, lot numbers, and inventory control.

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Unload raw ingredients and packaging supplies and verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Stage raw materials for production lines to support continuous manufacturing workflow.
• Pick, pack, and palletize finished food products according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and allergen-controlled work area, including equipment and storage zones.
• Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices and standard safety protocols.

Location: Franklin. The position is based in a premier food manufacturing facility.
