At Clara, we are recruiting for Production Team Member to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Paris. You will be working for the client in Paris.

Shift Patterns

• Monday – Friday, 2nd & 3rd Shifts, 8-hour shifts with potential for daily and weekend overtime.

Pay Rates

• 22.70 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Production Team Member:

• Maintain eligibility for employment in the United States.
• Possess the physical capacity to perform job duties including walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping for 8-10 hours daily, and lifting and moving objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Be willing to conduct a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to random drug testing policies.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as necessitated by production demands and customer orders.

Skills and qualifications for Production Team Member:

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to all safety standards and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow work instructions precisely.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards for correct product, size, quantity, and color.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and work independently when required to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.

Role responsibilities for Production Team Member

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet specific standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient production.
• Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished goods.
• Handle raw materials and move heavy objects as required by the workflow.
• Support team members in various production stages to meet daily targets.
