Requirements

Essential requirements for Machine operator:

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Responsibilities for Machine operator

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to established safety protocols
• Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality and output standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency
• Document production data and report any technical issues to supervisors
