Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Assembly Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Livonia. This role involves assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring high quality and safety standards are met on the production floor.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
• Overtime required when necessary

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery
• Ability to read English standardized work instructions
• Physical dexterity for bending, lifting, and overhead work
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic math skills

Role Responsibilities

• Assemble products and parts according to standardized work instructions
• Operate machinery and production line equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow health, safety, and quality guidelines
• Report production issues to the supervisor on duty
