Forklift Operator - Goodyear

Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Goodyear. You will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and offload containers, ensuring an efficient workflow within the facility.


Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift - 6:00pm-4:30am - Monday-Friday (Wednesday off)

Pay Rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Comfortable working in non-climate controlled warehouse conditions including hot or cold environments, heights, and fast-paced settings


• At least 1 year of experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse environment

Skills Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Proficiency with Cherry/Order Picker and Reach Trucks


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role Tasks for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate forklifts, turret trucks, order pickers, and reach trucks to move, stack, and organize materials


• Accurately pick, load, and put away inventory according to company standards and procedures


• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns


• Follow all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations


• Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and general warehouse operations including labeling and wrapping
