At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, safety, quality, and customer service goals are met. You will provide hands-on leadership by coordinating workflow, training employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Shift Patterns

• Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Pay Rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Warehouse Lead experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Ability to assign daily tasks to ensure work is completed.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor new and existing associates.
• Ability to conduct daily start-up meetings.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with supervisors and management.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow to meet productivity targets.
• Supervise and support warehouse associates to maintain high quality and safety standards.
• Conduct daily team meetings to align on operational goals.
• Manage inventory control processes including receiving, picking, and shipping.
