At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift operator to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. We are seeking a highly skilled, safety-conscious Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse logistics team. This is a versatile equipment specialist role where you will be the backbone of inventory movement, operating a diverse fleet of specialized stand-up equipment.
Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 19.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift operator

• Must have at least 2 years experience operating Raymond forklifts, reach truck, cherry picker, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment
• Experience in a warehouse setting with knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory management systems
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
• Needs to provide certification during walkthrough

Desirable Requirements for Forklift operator

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
• Adaptable to working different departments per business needs
• Ability to take instruction

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely maneuver through narrow aisles to stage, stack, and retrieve palletized loads from high-bay racking systems
• Efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound freight directly from trailers
• Operate equipment at elevated heights to fulfill orders accurately
• Utilize RF gun scanners to track inventory movements and maintain data accuracy
• Conduct required pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
