At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role involves operating a diverse fleet of specialized stand-up equipment, including Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Cherry Pickers, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Shift Patterns
- Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 18.75 USD hourly
- Minimum 1–2 years of verified experience operating stand-up reach trucks, dock stockers, and cherry pickers
- Prior forklift certification required for the role
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted throughout the shift
- Experience in a warehouse setting with knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
- Adaptable to working in different departments based on business needs and ability to take instruction
- Safely maneuver through narrow aisles to stage, stack, and retrieve palletized loads from high-bay racking systems
- Efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound freight directly from trailers
- Operate equipment at elevated heights to fulfill case-pick and piece-pick orders accurately
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain 100% data accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately
