On-Site Manager - United States



At Clara, we are recruiting for an On-Site Manager to work with a leading company in the staffing and logistics sector in the United States. This role is responsible for the strategic growth and operational maturity of a dedicated client account, ensuring high-quality workforce performance and complete client satisfaction.


Shift Patterns


  • Tuesday - Saturday, with occasional availability on Mondays or Sundays

  • Typical shift hours from 6:00am to 6:00pm



Pay Rates


  • 52500.00 USD yearly



Essential requirements for an On-Site Manager


  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within staffing, logistics, or operations.

  • Demonstrate proven experience managing and leading large temporary workforces in an operational setting.

  • Possess a strong background in logistics, warehousing, or a related operational environment.

  • Maintain eligibility to work in the United States.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.



Desirable requirements for an On-Site Manager


  • Manage and oversee payroll processing for temporary staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Proficiently utilize workforce management software and data analytics tools to track key performance indicators, including production levels, recruitment activity, and headcount.

  • Generate and present comprehensive client reports detailing workforce performance, operational metrics, and value-added services.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain principles to effectively manage onsite workforce performance.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with client stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring alignment on operational goals.

  • Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment, effectively managing shifting priorities.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Drive a culture of accountability and service excellence to ensure 100% client satisfaction with workforce quality and performance.



Role tasks for an On-Site Manager


  • Provide direct oversight of Onsite Supervisors and the temporary workforce to ensure 100% fulfillment of job orders.

  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for temporary staff.

  • Foster strong client relationships to drive continuous improvement and client retention.

  • Monitor and report on operational metrics to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
