At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to work with Jusda Supply Chain Management in Hamilton. This role is responsible for the warehouse’s day-to-day operating activities, including inbound receiving, inventory management, outbound shipping, reverse logistics, and customer support. You will manage end-to-end cross-functional complex operations projects to support business growth.Pay Rates
- 25.00 USD hourly
- 3+ years of warehouse operations leadership experience.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure inventory management satisfaction.
- Proven ability to establish, define, and improve operational processes and key controls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor approaches to different organizational levels.
- Supervise, organize, direct, and train warehouse staff to ensure peak efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee daily operations while managing inventory and logistics.
- Manage complex warehouse projects from requirements definition through deployment and support.
- Communicate project milestones, delays, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintain complete and current project documentation.
- Understanding of e-Commerce distribution processes is a plus.
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage reverse logistics workflows.
- Provide ongoing support to customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
