Onsite Warehouse Coordinator
We're looking for a bilingual/ Spanish speaking, tech-savvy, data-driven Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Kenosha. As the primary point of contact during the night shift, you won’t just be managing people—you’ll be managing the pulse of our operations through data and real-time coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee the daily workflow of our flexible workforce, ensuring all 2nd-shift positions are filled and performing at peak efficiency.
Data & Reporting: Maintain and update complex spreadsheets to track attendance, productivity, and KPIs. You'll be the "source of truth" for shift performance data.
Tech Integration: Utilize company's proprietary platform to manage check-ins, workforce scheduling, and digital documentation.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for workers’ inquiries, providing onsite support and resolving issues as they arise.
Client Liaison: Work closely with our client’s warehouse management team to align staffing levels with production goals.
The Spreadsheet Specialist: You don't just "know" Excel; you're comfortable with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and organizing messy data into actionable insights.
Tech-Forward: You pick up new software quickly and can troubleshoot basic digital tools on the fly.
Night Owl Capability: You are energized by the 2nd-shift environment and can maintain high accuracy during evening hours.
