At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with a leading company in the window and door manufacturing sector in Mineral Wells. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package high-quality window and door units.
Shift patterns:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Pay rates:
- 16.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Comfortable performing repetitive daily tasks
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day
- Comfortable operating hand and power tools
- Previous experience working at this company is a plus
Desirable requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:
- Learn more than one part of the assembly process
- Read schematics to understand the production process
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Operate and monitor machinery
- Measure workpieces
- Inspect products for quality and damages
- Report product damages, operation concerns, safety hazards, and other incidents to management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Role for Manufacturing Production Associate:
- Fabricate and produce component parts for final assembly
- Assemble window and door units using small hand tools
- Label and package finished products for distribution
- Rotate to different responsibilities and positions on the assembly line
- Monitor machinery and ensure production orders are followed
