Requirements for Machine Operator

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Role Tasks for Machine Operator

• Set up and calibrate manufacturing machinery for daily production runs


• Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal output and efficiency


• Perform routine quality checks on finished products to meet company standards


• Conduct basic troubleshooting to resolve minor operational issues
