Manufacturing Technician - Greenwood

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Greenwood. This role is part of a high-performing team dedicated to maintaining production flow, achieving performance goals, and ensuring the high quality that customers expect from our products.
Shift Patterns

• Day Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pm
• 2 on, 2 off, 3 on (12-hour shifts)

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operation or production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 90% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Cannot have previously worked at this company.

Desirable Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Strict adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.

Role for Manufacturing Technician

• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated production equipment.
• Perform changeovers, tool set-ups, and machine adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production data and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean work environment following 5S standards.
