At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with ID Logistics in Elwood. This role supports production and material flow in a fast-paced, climate-controlled candy manufacturing warehouse. You will work closely with production line teams to ensure raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods are moved efficiently throughout the facility to maintain continuous production.Pay Rates
- 23.00 USD hourly
- More than 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active setting
- Ability to work on the line when needed
- Ability to pass internal forklift certification assessment
- Commute to work must be less than 40 minutes
- Must disclose if you have previously worked at ID Logistics and with which agency
- Experience with Reach Truck and Raymond equipment
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment
- Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations
- Experience working with GMP or food safety standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Operate stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods
- Supply production lines with materials and remove finished product to designated storage or shipping areas
- Perform equipment checks and follow all safe operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
- Work in a modern, climate-controlled facility
