At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Avon. You will be working for the client in Avon.

Shift patterns

• Shift : Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Forklift operator:

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods, inventory control with previous Forklift experience
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Your role as a Forklift operator

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload shipments and move products to storage areas
• Use pallet wrap machines to secure goods for transport
• Perform inventory control and maintain accurate records of stock movements
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational standards
• Navigate warehouse aisles and storage racks with precision
• Organize and stack pallets in designated locations
