At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Control Specialist to work with a leading logistics company in Kenosha. This role is vital for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the operational efficiency of the warehouse.
Shift
- Sunday to Wednesday 7:00pm to 5:30am
Pay Rates
- 22.50 USD hourly
Requirements for Inventory
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, or similar tools)
- Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, vest, eyewear, and gloves
Desirable Skills for Inventory
- Detail-oriented and dependable with strong organizational and communication skills
- Experienced in problem-solving and working in fast-paced environments
- Skilled at time management, teamwork, and adapting to operational needs
Role for Inventory
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting cycle counts
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational issues
- Support documentation tasks, including SOPs, training records, and reports
- Follow established quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines
- Assist Operations and Quality teams with day-to-day tasks
