We are looking for a confident, organized, and people-focused professional to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment, where you will build strong relationships with both associates and client leadership.
Shift patterns

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for On-site Supervisor

• Experience in staffing, HR, or onsite workforce management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and personalities.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Role for On-site Supervisor

• Oversee daily onsite staffing operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, shift coverage, and workflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary associates.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with workplace policies.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new associates.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally, maintaining accurate records and reports.
