At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in St. Charles. This role focuses on ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently for delivery.Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 19.00 USD hourly
- Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Capacity to lift and move up to 75 lbs periodically during the shift
- Positive attitude toward teamwork and following instructions
- Provision of own work attire: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes
- Ensure items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers
- Maintain a consistent packing pace throughout the shift while remaining on your feet
- Handle products with care to prevent damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality
