At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Warren. This role involves setting up and operating machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.Shift
- 1st shift: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
- 14.00 USD hourly
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery
- Monitor machine performance and output quality
- Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow daily operational and safety procedures
