At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 1 to work with a leading industrial company in Mooresville. This role involves performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification, and repair activities. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities, including PLC-controlled systems, pneumatic power, and electrical systems up to 480 volts.Shift Patterns

- Night shift and weekend premiums are available
- 25.16 - 26.91 USD hourly
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals
- Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC
- Experience working effectively under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
- Experienced with hand and power tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Knowledge of OSHA compliance is a plus
- Conversational Spanish skills are a plus
- 2-4 years experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation
- 2-4 years experience working around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems
- Multi-task in a fast paced work environment that has a strong customer focus
- Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with co-workers and managers in a cooperative constructive manner
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and facility infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC-controlled equipment
- Maintain building systems and conveyors to ensure operational efficiency
- Document maintenance activities and repairs using digital tools
