At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Onsite Staffing Coordinator to work with a leading company in the production and logistics sector in New Braunfels.Shift Patterns
- 6am - 4pm, Monday-Friday, weekends as needed.
- Flexibility for on-call duty for night shift if/when needed.
- 27.00 - 28.00 USD hourly
- More than 2 years of experience in a staffing role within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Proven experience managing a flexible workforce or temporary-to-permanent pipelines.
- Ability to interpret data to solve staffing shortages and retention issues.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between corporate executives and floor associates.
- Availability for on-call duty for afternoon or night shifts as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly between tasks.
- Experience tracking production levels, roster recruitment, and headcount reports.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs and manage temporary employee pipelines.
- Monitor and report on production levels and headcount data.
- Facilitate communication between management and floor staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to address staffing shortages and improve retention.
