3rd Shift Forklift operator - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 3rd Shift Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the shipping sector in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM
• Overtime required on Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for 3rd Shift Forklift operator

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control.
• Previous stand-up forklift experience.
• Comfortable with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary.

Role for 3rd Shift Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and move products through the facility ensuring timely delivery.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes.
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas.
• Control levers and operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport, and stack materials.
