Pay rates

Requirements

Essential requirements for SBL associate:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced fulfillment and dock environments.
• Experience with pallet jacks or warehouse equipment preferred (training available).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Your role for SBL associate

• Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments within the fulfillment center.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Utilize warehouse equipment safely to move and organize inventory.
• Perform quality checks on packages to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
