At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Assembly Tech to work with a leading manufacturing company in Livonia. This role is responsible for assembling products and parts in accordance with standardized work instructions to ensure production timing and quality specifications are met.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with potential overtime until 3:30pm or 4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Production Assembly Tech

• More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow standardized instructions and blueprints
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform bending, lifting, and overhead work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

• Assemble products and components following standardized work instructions
• Operate machinery and production line equipment
• Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Work efficiently to meet established production timing targets
