Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cherry Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Ocala. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, where you will be responsible for efficiently operating equipment to retrieve and transport materials while ensuring product accuracy.


Shift patterns:

• Wednesday-Sunday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Pay rates:

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Cherry Picker:

• Proven experience operating cherry pickers.


• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during the shift.


• We are currently accepting applications from previous employees of the company or partner staffing agencies.

Desirable requirements for Cherry Picker:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.


• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations and equipment functionality.


• Understanding of OSHA regulations pertaining to warehouse safety.


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while remaining self-motivated.

Role for Cherry Picker:

• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently to pick orders from high shelving units.


• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.


• Perform order picking tasks accurately according to specifications.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.


• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
