Yard Coordinator - El Paso

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Pay Rates

• 14.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or yard operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Soft Skills

• Demonstrate the ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve traffic bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and internal warehouse teams via radio to coordinate trailer movements.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of trailers and commercial vehicles within the yard.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the Yard Management System (YMS).
• Coordinate with dock teams to optimize loading and unloading schedules.
• Maintain strict safety and compliance standards.
