Manufacturing Production Associate - Mineral Wells

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with a leading window and door manufacturer in the Mineral Wells area. This role involves performing assembly tasks, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality.
Shift Patterns

• Day shift 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.
• Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.
• Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.
• Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.

Role Responsibilities

• Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of window and door units.
• Operate and monitor production machinery while following safety protocols.
• Measure workpieces and inspect finished products for quality and damages.
• Report product damages, operation concerns, and safety hazards to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
