- Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- 14.00 USD hourly
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks or order pickers).
- Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50–75 lbs throughout the shift.
- Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
- Strong situational awareness regarding safety in a high-traffic environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software.
- Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
- Efficiently move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments.
- Verify product numbers and quantities against order documentation using RF scanners.
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone.
