Requirements

Essential requirements for Putter SII:

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse technology is a plus
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic English communication skills required (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)

Desirable requirements for Putter SII:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 30–50 lbs
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

• Fast-paced distribution center supporting retail store operations
• Use of handheld scanners and light-directed technology systems
