At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Deburr Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role is essential for finishing and preparing manufactured parts by removing excess material, sharp edges, and imperfections to ensure high-quality standards.Shift Patterns
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 12-hour shifts from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- 17.00 USD hourly
- Previous experience in deburring, grinding, manufacturing, or using hand tools.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong focus on quality and safety standards.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately.
- Experience in a metalworking or fabrication environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform deburring and finishing processes according to work instructions.
- Safely operate grinding equipment and various hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
