At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Deburr Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role is essential for finishing and preparing manufactured parts by removing excess material, sharp edges, and imperfections using hand tools and grinding equipment.
Shift Patterns

• Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 12 hour shift from 5:00AM to 5:30PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Deburr

• Previous deburring, grinding, manufacturing, or hand tool experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
• Strong focus on quality and safety standards.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Desirable requirements for Deburr

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or metalworking environment.
• Familiarity with grinding equipment, hand tools, deburring processes, and quality inspection practices.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Role responsibilities for Deburr

• Inspect parts for defects and identify quality concerns.
• Perform deburring and finishing processes according to work instructions.
• Safely operate tools and equipment while maintaining a clean work area.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors when needed.
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Waukegan. The position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
