At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker/Packer to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Fort Worth. You will be working for the client in Fort Worth.
Shift patterns
- Schedule 1 Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Schedule 2 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Schedule 3 Saturday to Tuesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay rates
- 15.75 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker/Packer:
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
Additional requirements for Picker/Packer:
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
Main responsibilities for Picker/Packer
- Pick items from warehouse shelves accurately based on order lists
- Pack products securely into shipping containers to prevent damage
- Use handheld scanners to update inventory and track order progress
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with facility guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
