At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General Labor to work with a leading manufacturer in the home fragrance industry in New Albany. These are full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunities where no prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Shift Patterns
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday; 2:30pm to 10:30pm
Pay Rates
- 14.50 USD hourly
Must-have Requirements for General Labor
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to handle strong smells
- Dependable and reliable
Role for General Labor
- Pulling merchandise from shelves in a distribution center
- Preparing items for shipping and distribution
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following safety protocols and operational guidelines
