Pay Rates

• 19.66 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Maintenance

• General warehouse maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Proficiency in operating powered equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
• Knowledge of recycling programs, baler, compactor, and hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Experience with trailer unloading and pallet breakdown.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Role for Maintenance

• Perform general building maintenance and facilities support.
• Manage trash collection and removal using power equipment.
• Maintain power equipment batteries, including cleaning and watering.
• Handle outside facilities care, including snow removal and landscaping.
• Execute lock out/tag out procedures and safety protocols.
