At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pick/Pack to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.Shift Patterns
- 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:45pm to 12:45am
- 15.50 USD hourly
- Are you able to stand 8-10 hours a day?
- Dependable and detail-focused individuals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or factory environment
- Ability to commute to New Albany, OH 43054
- Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
- Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
- Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
- Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting
- Full, hands-on training provided
