At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading consumer goods company in Arlington.

  2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Proven experience operating a dock stocker and reach truck (required).
• Ability to operate other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Skills Requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work in various warehouse temperature zones (if applicable).
• Ability to operate equipment for extended periods.
• Prior case pick or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to read and interpret pick sheets, labels, and inventory documentation.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Role Responsibilities for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate dock stockers, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret pick sheets, labels, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment.
