Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General Warehouse - Assembly to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and office products sector in Booneville. This role involves essential material handling and assembly tasks to ensure efficient shipping and distribution operations.
Shift Patterns:
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Daily overtime of up to 2 hours may be required as needed.
- Final schedule will be assigned during the onboarding process.
Pay Rates:
- 13.84 - 16.26 USD hourly
Must-have Requirements for General Warehouse - Assembly:
- Ability to perform all physical demands of the position, including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Please note: Individuals who have previously worked at this company are not eligible for rehire.
Desirable Requirements for General Warehouse - Assembly:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.
- Experience reading load sheets and meeting specific customer requirements.
- Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to operate personal computer equipment and RF (radio frequency) hand-held wands.
Role for General Warehouse - Assembly:
- Pick and pack items from pick tickets for shipping and routing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Load and unload trailers and palletize packed cartons for shipment.
- Perform data entry, labeling, and maintain accurate inventory records.
