Forklift Operator - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for moving materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, ensuring that all products are handled with care and delivered on time.
Shift Patterns

• Back Half Days: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Mandatory training on Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM for two weeks

Pay Rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Previous experience operating a forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker
• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control
• Ability to read and understand orders and count products accurately
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
• Must have dependable transportation and a flexible schedule

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery to move materials throughout the facility
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and secure materials for transport to designated areas
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Control levers and operating devices to load, transport, and stack materials
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
