At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role is based in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center where you will play a crucial role in our supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment.Shift Patterns
- Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during shift when necessary
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Experience working in a production tracking fast-paced job environment
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, and ability to pivot job duties as needed
- Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate, identify, and retrieve items
- Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications
- Scan and double-check product barcodes and quantities to maintain accuracy
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to update stock levels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station
