At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual Onsite Recruiting Specialist to work with Clara Works in North Aurora. This role is pivotal in driving daily onsite recruiting operations and spearheading innovative grassroots marketing initiatives to attract top talent from the local community.Shift patterns
- Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Includes some overtime as required
- 23.00 - 24.00 USD hourly
- Possess fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Demonstrate at least one year of experience in recruiting, community outreach, customer service, or onsite staffing support.
- Maintain eligibility to work in the United States.
- Utilize grassroots marketing techniques to promote job openings within local communities.
- Employ effective candidate engagement strategies to assist applicants through the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate logs and track outreach efforts, leads, and candidate traffic using appropriate tools.
- Leverage community outreach and networking to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse candidate pools.
- Demonstrate proactivity and confidence in initiating conversations and building rapport.
- Maintain a high level of organization, reliability, and autonomy to manage daily tasks.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity in all public interactions.
- Manage daily onsite recruiting operations to ensure efficient staffing levels.
- Execute grassroots marketing initiatives to attract local talent.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.
