Requirements
Essential requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:

• 2.5 years as a warehouse supervisor and leadership role

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:

• As the primary point of contact for both internal departments and external carriers, the supervisor must possess strong conflict resolution skills to navigate high-pressure situations, such as shipping delays or vendor discrepancies, with a calm and professional demeanor. Effective interpersonal communication is essential for translating complex operational goals into clear, actionable instructions for a diverse workforce.
