- Are you bilingual, English and Spanish?
- Walk me through your experience supporting candidates or employees in a warehouse environment? How do you ensure clear communication when guiding someone through onboarding or orientation? Tell me about a time you adapted to changing hiring needs. How have you used tools like Excel, ATS platforms, or databases in past roles, and what steps do you take to keep data accurate while managing multiple tasks? How do you lead new hire orientations?

- Manage onsite recruitment processes and support candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain accurate employee data using Excel, ATS platforms, and internal databases.
- Provide bilingual support to employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
