At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for a versatile equipment specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes safety while managing inventory movement.Shift patterns
- Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 18.75 USD hourly
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Raymond forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting with knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Must provide valid forklift certification during the walkthrough
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
- Adaptable to working in different departments per business needs
- Ability to take instruction effectively
- Operate specialized equipment including Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Cherry Pickers
- Stage, stack, and retrieve palletized loads from high-bay racking systems
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from trailers
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain data accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
