At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Safety Trainer to work with a leading footwear and apparel company in Mooresville. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment by training staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Mon-Thurs 6PM to 4:30AM

Pay rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Safety Trainer

• Forklift experience (certification preferred)


• Previous experience as a trainer or in a warehouse leadership/safety role


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Bilingual (English/Spanish)


• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Role for Safety Trainer

• Conduct safety training sessions for new hires and forklift operators


• Lead new hire orientation with a focus on safety protocols


• Evaluate driver performance and adherence to safety standards


• Maintain accurate training records and reports


• Collaborate with leadership to reinforce a culture of safety


• Stay current on OSHA regulations and company safety policies
