Machine Operator - Sheridan

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading company in the plastic manufacturing sector in Sheridan. You will be responsible for operating semi-automatic production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Shift Patterns

• Sunday through Thursday night, 10:50pm - 7:10am
• Overtime as needed

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Role Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automatic production machines and perform correct insert loading
• Maintain machinery, including grinding runners and filling production boxes
• Keep the work area and presses clean and organized
• Complete all necessary paperwork and report any unsafe working conditions
• Monitor production quality and take responsibility for non-conforming parts
• Follow all work instructions and wear required personal protective equipment
