Shipping Associate - Fort Wayne

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Potential for overtime, weekends, and schedule changes as needed

Pay Rates

• 20.16 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Shipping Associate

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, logistics, or a similar production environment
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots

Role for Shipping Associate

• Move battery pallets on and off conveyor systems and maintain production flow
• Process shipments using computer systems and shipping software
• Verify order accuracy, maintain inventory records, and follow pick lists
• Apply labels, caps, and handles while ensuring quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S workplace standards
