Forklift Operator - Mickleton
Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics and supply chain services provider in Mickleton. This role is essential for maintaining the safe and efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rates
- 19.25 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator
- Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control.
- Previous experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet wrap machines.
- Ability to read and understand orders and count products accurately across different storage areas.
- Must have steel-toed boots.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary.

- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule.
Role Tasks for Forklift Operator
- Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the industrial facility.
- Inspect product loads for accuracy and move items through the facility to ensure timely delivery.
- Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes.
- Control levers and operating devices to load, transport, and stack materials securely.
- Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes.
