Pick/Pack - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. You will begin by learning the picking process, using warehouse technology to locate and retrieve customer orders accurately and efficiently. After successfully completing training and meeting performance goals, you will advance into packing, where you will learn to verify, package, and prepare orders for shipment. As you continue to develop, you will receive cross-training in additional roles within the department, building a broad skill set and increasing your opportunities for growth within the operation.
Shift Patterns

• 06:00 am - 04:30 pm (10h 30m)
• Repeats weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple processes
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job
• Must be willing to come in for an onsite interview
• Must not be currently employed by Job&Talent at any of other locations

Desirable Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
