At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Phoenix. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse and production operations, ensuring that materials are handled safely and accurately.Shift Patterns
- 2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
- Open to working extra days when business needs arise
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Moving materials and loading or unloading products efficiently
- Counting inventory and maintaining accurate records
- Performing general labor tasks to support production flow
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the shift
