As a Customer Service Representative, it would be desirable to have:

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with freight management software and tracking systems.
• Experience with international air freight and import operations.
• Proficiency in import documentation and customs regulations.
• Process and track airway bills, shipment documents, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of import activities.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
